The History of Garam Masala is indeed a long one...

1990 brought forth the first aromas of our thriving company. During the holy celebration of Diwali, our familiar cuisine pleased the taste buds of numerous friends. In turn, our close friends complimented us on our scrumptious foods, and also stated that our cooking had a unique flavor that deserved to be publicly exposed. In 1991, with their wise advice ringing in our ears, we launched an area-based system, bringing the first rays of Garam Masala into the Sultanate of Oman. Our catering business was in full swing.

After relocating into the continental US in 1996, we were received with the deserved interest. With only a years break, our gourmet cuisine was well underway. Therefore, we started on a journey to open up a restaurant. And finally, on February 14th 2008, we finally opened up the long awaited business of bringing home made style cuisine.
